What Designs Can Be Embroidered?

Embroidery isn’t limited to simple designs with large shapes. With extensive experience digitizing embroidery files and running the embroidery process itself, we’re constantly pushing the boundaries of what detail can be embroidered.

The Ordering Process

To place an order, use our quote form. Send us your design, let us know what size you’d like it embroidered, and we’ll send you a free quote. Once approved and paid, your order will be ready in 2-4 weeks — rush orders are available for an additional fee if you need it sooner.

What Is Our Pricing Based On?

Many customers assume embroidery pricing depends on the number of colors in a design, like screen printing does. It doesn’t — your design can have any number of colors up to 16 and the price won’t be affected, so feel free to add as many colors as your design calls for.

Other factors that do determine price:

• Pricing is calculated by the stitch count of the design, which we determine by running your design through our embroidery software.
• We can adjust the embroidery size after that: increasing size raises stitch count (and price), decreasing size lowers it.
• Quantity affects pricing too — discounts are available for larger order quantities.

Thread Colors

We carry many thread colors and can have new ones shipped to our shop overnight. If your design has a unique color we don’t have on hand, we’ll gladly order it to match your original artwork — you can even pick the color yourself.
